With hotel occupancy rates around 60-70% according to the Rocky Mountain Lodging Report, why are you all just selling out this town? With dwindling water access and basically a constant drought situation in NM why would you allow another hotel in a saturated market. There are four hotels within 3-5 blocks of this location anyway, at all price points. Also, you have a worker shortage crisis because the little guy can not afford housing.We elected a new Mayor and City Council to stop this crap and make this city more livable for locals, affordable and maybe regain some of its Integrity.
