ITEM & ISSUE:
Request from Santa Fe Brewing Co. for a waiver of the 300-foot location restriction and
approval to allow dispensing/consumption of alcoholic beverages at Franklin Miles Park located
at 1027 Camino Carlos Rey Field 3 which is within 300 feet of Francis X. Nava Elementary
School, 2655 Siringo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
Pursuant §60-6B-10 NMSA 1978, a request from Santa Fe Brewing Co. for a waiver of the 300-
foot location restriction has been submitted to allow the dispensing/consumption of alcohol at
the 2026 Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration sponsored by Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe, which
will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2026, with alcohol service from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

I attest that the City of Santa Fe is the landowner of Franklin Miles Park, located at 1027
Camino Carlos Rey, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505.
I, Chief Brian Moya, Interim City Manager of the City of Santa Fe grant permission to
Santa Fe Brewing Co. to manage and conduct alcohol sales at the above-mentioned
property, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 4:00pm to 0:00pm, for the "Fourth of July
Fireworks Celebration' event, as detailed in the application(s).
