Summary:
The proposed resolution establishes the City of Santa Fe’s priorities for consideration by the New Mexico
State Legislature during the 58th Legislature – State of New Mexico – First Session, 2027.
Departments Affected:
All Departments.
Consequences of Not Enacting Legislation:
If this legislation is not adopted, the City will have limited capital outlay and policy priorities identified
prior to the 2027 New Mexico Legislative Session.

The resolution would direct the City Clerk to send the adopted resolution to the City’s lobbyist, the City’s
legislative delegation, and to the Governor of New Mexico.
