Additionally, the proposed Resolution directs the City Manager to identify a State Legislative Priority List and approve the applications submitted to the New Mexico Water Trust Board. BACKGROUND: If the proposed Resolution is adopted, the City of Santa Fe Public Utilities Department can submit applications for Water Trust Board Fiscal Year 2027 funding. A resolution is a requirement for all applicants applying for Water Project Fund financing through the Water Trust Board. Specific agreements for such projects will move through the committee review process and will appear before Governing Body for final approval or denial.
