The Owner for both properties (refer the locator plan) would like to create a “Main Residence” and an accompanying “Accessory Dwelling Unit” in each lot (405 & 407). The complete renovation and addition will consist of new windows and doors , new stucco , new roofing. Currently 405, has (2) Units : 405A in the front and 405B in the back .
