Summary:
The proposed resolution amends Resolution No. 2026-32, “Section 3. SWAN Park Bond Question.” to
replace the dollar amount of $3,500,000 with $4,250,000. This change cures a mistake, making issuance
of the Governing Body’s intended amount for the City’s general obligation bonds:an aggregate maximum
principal amount of $25,000,000.

None at this time.
Consequences of Not Enacting Legislation:
If this legislation is not adopted, the amount specified in the four ballot questions would not add up to the
Governing Body’s intended aggregate maximum principal amount of $25,000,000, as identified in
Resolution No. 2026-32.
Conflict, Duplication, Companionship, or Relationship to Other Legislation:
This Resolution amends Resolution No. 2026-32.
Performance and Administrative Implications:
None at this time.
Fiscal Implications:
As specified above, this resolution cures an error which will ensure that the Governing Body’s intended
aggregate maximum principal amount for the City’s general obligation bonds will be $25,000,000.
