production at the labs.
No Name Given. He spoke about the Council and Mayor not caring about the
people and against the use of drones.
Daniel Fisher. Mr. Fisher spoke about crime and lack of enforcement due to
relationships with people in authority and that the Mayor will not meet with him.

PROGRAM AND REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTAL UNITS; AMENDING
SECTION 26-1.22 TO MAKE CERTAIN TECHNICAL CHANGES, TO
CLARIFY THE CALCULATION OF FEES PAID IN LIEU OF PROVIDING
ON-SITE AFFORDABLE UNITS, TO AMEND THE FEE IN LIEU OF
CALCULATION TO USE THIRTY PERCENT OF THE AREA MEDIAN
INCOME INSTEAD OF SIXTY-FIVE PERCENT WHEN DETERMINING
BASE FEE AMOUNT.

Pelican Lee. Ms. Lee spoke in support of the Bill saying that the best outcome
of this Bill will be more housing build for people under 30% AMI.
Allen Lesick - Apartment Rental Association. Mr. Lesick spoke in opposition
to the Bill and asked for a more moderate increase.
Stephanie Beninato. Ms. Beninato spoke in support of the Bill and agreed with
the first speaker.
Russell Brott. Mr. Brott spoke in opposition to the Bill and asked for additional
analysis before the Bill is considered.
Jordan Young. Ms. Young spoke in opposition to the Bill and supported what
Mr. Brott said.
Rick Martinez. Mr. Martinez spoke in support of the Bill.
Brandon Vella. Mr. Vella spoke in opposition to the Bill and expressed his

Fund.
