R-3 (THREE DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE) TO R-6 (SIX DWELLING UNITS PER13
ACRE) (CASE NO. 2025-10767).14
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SANTA FE:15
Section 1. Parcel numbers; 910008728, 99312180, 99312181, addressed as 2780 S.16
Meadows Rd, within the municipal boundaries of the City of Santa Fe (the "Property"), more17
particularly described in Attachment A, incorporated herein, which is restricted to and classified as18
R-3, is now restricted to and reclassified as R-6.19
Section 2. The official zoning map of the City of Santa Fe adopted by Ordinance No. 2001-20
27, is amended to conform to the change of zoning classification for the Property set forth in Section21
1 of this Ordinance.22
Section 3. Pursuant to SFCC 1987, Section 2-2.4, this Ordinance shall be published by title23
and general summary and shall become effective five (5) days after publication.24
