Memo Attachment B: Proposed 2026 General Obligation Bond Program Soccer Valley Improvements Proposed General Obligation Bond Project Summary Maximum Bond Authorization: $4,500,000 The following project represents the City’s anticipated initial investment priority for the Soccer Valley Improvements General Obligation Bond. The project scope may be modified by the Governing Body as necessary based on funding availability, bid results, changing conditions, grant opportunities, project delivery considerations, or other public needs, provided all expenditures remain consistent with the purposes authorized by the bond. Soccer Valley Improvements Project Bond proceeds are anticipated to support the following improvements at the Municipal Recreation Complex Soccer Valley: • New vehicle access and circulation improvements • New parking facilities • Three synthetic-turf multi-sport fields • Field lighting for the new athletic fields • New restroom facilities • Supporting utilities and infrastructure
