Thank you. I call to order the Public Works and Utilities meeting. It is 5:00, and today is March 30th, 2026. Could I get a roll call, please? Absolutely. Councilor Chavez. Here. Thank you. Councilor Barrett. Here. Thank you. Councilor Bustamante. Here. And Councilor Fagali. Here. And Councilor Faulkner. Here. And Chair, you have a quorum. Thank you. Next is approval of the agenda. Are there any changes from staff? No changes from staff. I need a motion. Motion to approve. Second. I have a motion and a second. All those in favor signify by saying, "Aye." Aye. Any opposed? See none. Motion passes. Next is approval of the consent agenda. There were no changes or items pulled. Does anyone want anything pulled? There will not be stuff available. Okay. Could I have a motion? I approve. Second. A motion and I have a second. All those in favor signify by saying, "Aye." Aye. Any opposed? See none. Motion passes. Next is public comment. Do we have anyone from the public that would like to come to the podium to speak? No public comment. Presentations. We have no presentations. So, next we will move to matters from staff. No matters from staff. Matters from the committee. No, ma'am. I do have some matters. Sorry to break the rule. I'm not sure exactly when our next Public Works meeting will be, but whenever it is on the agenda, I do want a BPAC presentation or the update on roads and the update on bike lanes to be presented at that Public Works and Utilities meeting. So, Sam, we could collaborate on that. I really want an emphasis on funding and what our plans are as we are exploring an assessment system to prioritize road and bike lane and just upgrades in general around transportation. I would like that to be highlighted, and because I know there is a large amount of public interested in this topic, if the presentation that will be used could be uploaded by that Friday so that they could review it and have their public comment be around the presentation prior to it being, yeah, anyway, so if we could just get that on the agenda. And like I said, I'm not positive when we will have a meeting. There are some things that may be adjusting on our schedule, so I will just keep you up to date on that. All right. And then with that, our next meeting is, like I said, not sure. So, we are adjourned. Fastest meeting.
