Do you want to say anything about this, Councilor? No comments, Chair, but I do want to use this opportunity to say that I'm a little uncomfortable with us not knowing the capacity of spaces outdoors. The railyard is another one we should look at the capacity for. All right. Thank you. Next is matters from staff. Any matters today, Director? Thank you so much, Madam Chair. Yes, I just wanted to give everybody the good news that we are laying the last pieces of asphalt on Guadalupe. So the paving, the interruption of traffic will really reduce to much smaller, shorter interruptions for striping and signage over the next couple of weeks, and then will be substantially complete sometime in September with the construction part of the project. The landscaping part of the project is actually kind of a big additional undertaking that is now being procured. As you might have seen renderings, there are street trees and bushes, and those will come later, but that project is being prepared. It'll come to the governing body actually for a bar from impact fees to fund that. But that also shouldn't be huge interruptions to traffic, but it'll just be getting better and better. Great news. Thank you. You're welcome. Anything else? Nothing else. All right. Next is matters from the committee. Are there any matters from the committee? And I'll look online. Councilor Lee Garcia. Thank you, Madam Chair. Just a request if we can kind of get an update where we are with the bonds that were sold off and where we are with the process of going out to bid for some of the projects that we were looking to do, specifically our port road on some of the streets in our in District 3. I would really appreciate that. Thank you. Thank you, Councilor. Councilor Romero Worth. Nothing for me. Nothing for me, Madam Chair. Thank you. All right. Councilor Castro, just really quickly, there was some information that went out incorrectly. So, Fort Marcy Complex will be open until August 25th. I just want everyone to know that August 25th is when Fort Marcy will close. Thank you. And matters from Chair, our next meeting is Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. And with that, we're adjourned. Thank you.
