BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY:
Request for a Public Celebration Permit Application from TumbleRoot Brewing, LLC to allow the
dispensing/consumption of beer, wine and cider at the International Folk Art Market's Night Market
to be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, with alcohol service from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in a beer garden
located in the Railyard Park, 740 Cerrillos Rd., Santa Fe NM, which is located on city property, with
an expected 1200 attendees pursuant to SFCC 1987 §23-6.2(C) and consistent with NMSA 1978,
§60-6A-12.
