Notice is hereby given that the City of Santa Fe Liquor Hearing Officerwill hold a
public hearing at 4:00 p. m. on Thursday September 3, 2026.
The purpose of this hearing is to discuss a request from KGC Aspen, LLC, for a
Transfer of Ownership for an Inter-Local Dispenser Type Liquor License No. DIS-
001162 with on premises consumption only to be located at Market Steer
Steakhouse, 213 Washington Ave. Santa Fe, NM 87501. This location is not
within 300 feet of a church, school, or daycare.

Meeting List at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting at
