Planning Commission appointment of Sean Noonen, MBA, representing District 4
BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY:
In accordance with SFCC §14-2.2.D.4.III "Appointment and Term", Mayor Michael J. Garcia recommends the
appointment of Sean Noonen, MBA to the Planning Commission, representing District 4, to serve a full two-year
term beginning August 26, 2026 and expiring August 26, 2028. Consistent with Chapter 14, Sean Noonen, MBA
shall continue to serve after the expiration date until a successor has been appointed and qualified.
